At some point in time the job becomes secondary to the family. The wife has a great job in Italy. I have a few pennies saved. Hence the lifestyle move.
As for China it's a stepping stone. I don't want too be stepping anymore. For us it's a move too settle the family. As for commuting I don't want too go away for 4 on or 2 off.

Mate think twice and seriously before relocating to Europe.
Wizz FOs pay is based on the factored "in house" hours (as far as i know),that means that the entry salary is pretty low.
Cost of living in Europe is high and taxes will kill you (even if it is eastern Europe).
If i was you, given your experience, i would look east for a commuting job.
Some companies in China offer DEC CCQ positions to experienced FOs.
