In my humble opinion there is no better place to work than SAS for a Scandinavian pilot wanting to live in Scandiland. Yes, the schedule and the T&Cīs are not what they used to be, but isnīt it like that industry wide...?
Starting today, one can reasonably expect to be a SH Captain within the next 10 years or less, and a A350 Captain within 15 years. Permanent contract with Scandinavian sick pay, pension and the usual goodies. Beats the crap out of Ryanair, Norwegian etc. if you ask me.
