@Silvio Pettirossi: Was there a probable cause established for this accident?

The following (unofficial) info is available @Contato Radar (Brazilian aviation forum) and other news sites:
- Aircraft was cleared by ATC from FL360 to FL410. Soon after it was seen descending 1000 ft and then disappeared from radar (secondary, primary?)
- No mayday or other Tx was heard
- 3 months ago, aircraft was in Wichita being refurbished/refitted (no details yet)
- Maintenance was supposedly top notch, performed either by TAM or at the factory. She had her own dedicated mechanic (the bank's other jet, a G200, has a different dedicated mechanic)
- No FDR, only CVR
- A 2002 AD addressed the possibility of runaway trim, but it's hard to think it hasn't been taken care of.

A weird accident by all accounts.
