Not if most of his time and all of his PIC time is SE Turbine...
I have about 3300 hrs total of which 2100 is PIC
SouthWest requires > 1500 hrs Turbo jet + 737 type
Jetblue requires > 1000hrs PIC turbojet
And so on....
