I agree that Stobart are leasing the aircraft to Flybe and operating on behalf of Flybe on Flybe services. A similar arrangement to Eastern operating for BA.
cc1 I agree that the website does currently say that all services are all operated by Flybe, however if you continue through the process the seat maps all appear to be for ATR72s, not Q400s.
