Just got an email from FlyBe advertising Summer 2016 routes from SOU
I got the same, which seems to indicate that the Summer routes to PGF, AVN and BES are also returning.
As Chesty says (and as the 195's are apparently all re-deployed for next Summer) maybe these will be on the Dash, which has been used to PMI (regularly) and ALC (occasionally) from SOU this year.
I find the Dash perfectly acceptable from a passenger standpoint - I like the 2+2 layout that it shares with the Embraer and that FL250 ceiling actually means you get a better view ;-)
