Another issue, guys waiting over 20 years for their command, yes now there is an older generation on the way out, so SAS have themselves to blame for this.
It's a risky place to join, as who knows what the future has in store for them, their fleet is pretty old.
But again, unless your daddy/mummy works for SAS, you will not have much chance of a job with them in the first round.

I did not know anybody in this company and was amongst the first hired over two years ago. Many more with me.
Amongst the 100+ pilots hired since then i know of only two who has at least one parent flying in SAS, and none in management position.
Consider yourself lucky SAS is not Ryanair cause if it was you would be facing a lawsuit.
