AGM-45 was never carried on the wingtip rails of CJ's, it isn't heavier than an AIM-7 either, and it went out of service in the early nineties, about the same time the CJ was introduced... The CJ carries the AGM-88, which is heavier than an AIM-7 but, is carried on the underwing centre pylons, definitely not the wingtips.
