Not sure why you should comment "a Dash 8 to AMS is possibly doable". LPL/AMS was one of the first routes introduced by Easyjet when they began their route expansion from LTN, and ha has flourished ever since. OK, its a LC carrier but shows the demand exists. Will be interesting to see how Flybe compete with them on this route. Increasingly, there is competition between two carriers on routes out of LPL with EI now competing with Ryanair to Dublin.
