Wait, what? "Paperwork"? The
chief investigator was forbidden to visit the accident site because the right
paperwork wasn't in place?
I'm astonished that hasn't been picked up and run with by others. Does that not speak volumes about the entire situation?
1. The Egyptians want to run things their way, controlling access and information and perhaps outcomes... and...
2. They believe they can treat a Russian chief investigator thus with impunity.
