if your appendix is removed, its no big deal. It's an unneccessary part of your body. Similar to your gall bladder.

(You can have a gallbladder removed without issue. Its reckoned that 20% of all people have gallstones, but take a look on the caa medical website to see what they say about it.

If every pilot had an ultrasound on their gallbladder then 20% would likely have their medical possibly restricted. )

If you had an appendix removed 6 years ago, you would just note in on the application form when applying. The AME would be checking to see if you were fit to hold the class 1. It wouldnt be any issue at all I dont think. Don't worry about things like that, they'll give you high blood presure and thats one thing you could fail on.
