I feel I need to point out I'm no Southend brasher, in face next week I'm flying from Southend after deciding Stansted has become to busy for its own good
My main gripe is Easyjet and the total lack of customer care I just can't understand why the AGP FAO ALC passengers weren't coached to Stansted
Coaches would have been available it's not a school day and Easyjet had very good understanding that the fog was stay I would have thought plans would have been put in place it just seems rude to send the flights out empty from Stansted when passengers were just down the road with their holidays hanging in the air.
But probably the worst is still to come for todays cancelled passengers who are probably re booked for tomorrow's flights poor buggers
