It seems the SEN bashers are having a field day with today's weather.
The airport's limitation are well known and indeed, I was due to fly in a light aircraft from SEN today, but LCY has not seen much activity today either.
However, there have been countless occasions when SEN has been open when LCY and others have been fog bound, so give us a break please chaps.
Looking at Planefinder, which I prefer to Flightradar 24, the holds to get into Heathrow have been quite substantial so there has been chaos all round today.
It does seem poor show by easyJet to appear to have abandoned their SEN passengers, but I suppose commercial considerations come above all others.
