Well it is true so very poor service indeed and what makes it look even worse is that one of last night's diverted SEN inbounds positioned empty STN-AGP this morning to operate AGP-SEN and another positioned empty STN-ALC to operate ALC-SEN. The other diversion last night positioned empty STN-LIS. So instead of coaching this mornings AGP and ALC pax to STN they cancelled the flights and flew empty to those very places!
