New Modem - I'm confused
OK, after many years I decided to upgrade my ancient modem. It's a ZyXEL Prestige 600 series (from the early naughties??). My IP was happy to send me a ZyXEL P-660HU for ADSL for a nominal fee.
OK, I thought it would be as simple as removing the Ethernet and DSL (phone) cables from the back of the old modem and plugging them into the new modem.
However I don't get a green light for DSL on the new Modem. Checked all cables secure etc. I can access the Modem so the Ethernet connection must be good, but no DSL (and Internet).
Any ideas?
