As for loans I am not very familiar with them and rules and regulations keep changing from time to time
You can try the normal PSU Banks like SBI etc . HDFC has one institution specifically for educational loans called Credila

Tried my luck with both SBI and credila.
Sbi has an upper limit of 10 lakhs because the course is in India.
Credila is ready to provide the entire amount but the only problem is the payment of monthly interest during the course period.
Have decided to wait until the LOI signing to make sure I'm clear with the terms and conditions before making a decision about financing.
