Notably the £14k gross pay cut to FOs, the loss of two weeks leave, the new £1100 deductions for crew food (the amount of which delivered was reduced by about 50% at the same time), with the CC being promoted to TREs about a month after ratifying the deal without a membership ballot and a 25% payrise for all company TREs another month or so later.
