As along term, and generally satisfied, customer of TT I have been a little sympathetic over this recent hacking problem. However, while their website is down, they have still sent me a bill which presumably will be processed through a direct debit BEFORE they have sorted the problems out i.e. before the website is up and running so that I can check my bill.
But, more than that, I have been taking advantage of the 10% reduction by paying within 24 hours of receiving the bill. How can I pay with no access to the website.
This is the final straw, I will be changing to another provider as soon as it suites me.
