Selfloading, this is a driver issue. Give me the exact model number and I will find the driver for you. It will be something like AO followed usually by 3 digits. Have seen a so called tech try for 3 months to get one on the wireless network before the boss asked me to look at it. 1 hour later all cleaned up, correct driver installed and one happy boss.
