Regardless of the CASA requirements and all the rest of the propaganda that's thrown in our faces to comply with, Safety must be incorporated into everything we do - fact buck stops there! Does it cost, certainly does? However what's an accident cost??
Doesn't matter if you are a 50 hour PPL or a AOC holder, it applies to everyone and not only in aviation.
