I never suggested it was not the bussiest, I said Dublin-Cork is not viable hourly on its own and you said it was. Take Limerick/Tralee connections away and its different. The parking up of rolling stock for it has helped however significant reductions have been made. Viable or not it cant and wont be cut.
Also take note of my revenue point very important, if you break down numbers its very different.
A full train gives as clear picture as a full flight and they mean nothing, you of all people should be aware of this.
Anyway we may as well drop it as it wont happen with or without a station at the airport unless the taxpayer decides to foot the losses.
