Follow the maintanance manual procedure.
Get hard copy clearence from your engineering manager who can fire you if uncertain how to proceed with the manual procedure.
Always ask and well cover your ar.e.
Never rush or hurry a drill, if pressured stop or slowdown, think.
IMHO...You will need ground electrics, and ground starter air plugged in and running, if you need to do a motor/purge cycle.
If the aircraft does not have a tail pipe fire drill published you probably have an engine which will not give you a tail pipe fire by design.
We found 767/757/ safe and RR211 not as regards tail pipe fires.
Use the checklist.
Ensure full power checks are full power not full fire walled throttle on unprotected engine types.
Ensure the igniters are turned off and the full control switches are cut off befor leaving the aircraft.
Pilots are full of sh!t but maybe this will keep you your job.

We will do the drill according to the amendments to the amendments I er think?
