Great news for MAN (and also for the well being of industry and commerce outside the southeast).
As regards an apology, if I recall correctly you have "announced" this service a few times - I guess if you say something often enough eventually it comes to pass!
Personally, being old and sceptical, I would still rely upon corporate announcement ahead of the twittersphere!
