Just recently fly with A380. Flap spoilers was up a bit when flap retract it position. Whilst parking taxi. I think the reason it left up to get fuel in that weight made wing bend bit stop it damages both flaps and spoilers when up the air both are complete shut as wing straight up. I could be wrong
