How does joining VANZ or an SO on the Trippler realistically flush promotional opportunities down the toilet? As I understand it if it's one big list it doesn't matter what part of the business you join that's your place on the list. If you were to join as a domestic jet F/O but someone joined a day before you and went to VANZ or as an S/O or an F/O on the ATR guess what, they have seniority over you so it doesn't matter where you join. Yes the list is getting bigger but you can't help that. Please turn it down and take one of the many other airline jobs are being offered on a daily basis (that would help some of us) but before we are all too big for our britches, look back and remember doing circuits in your 172 and what you would have done just to be involved in the airline.
