TU, I can see that and in a perfect world it even makes sense. It's not that i would not like to grant such a treat to anyone giving a little more to the company than i do. It's when this particular favour is out of reach for the ordinary guy (days off strings) or when it makes it almost impossible to get home with normal bidding possibilities, because too many flights are pre assigned, that it annoys me.
As to sluggums, well, reading that you look at it as coming "over", it reminds me of a fence to cross.
