There is supposed to be more recruitment into VANZ this year, I doubt they will come from VARA. So if little or none from VAI 777, then those who interviewed might be in luck. Good fun, isn't it?
As a side note, anyone who is thinking of joining now should seriously think about the implications of being junior to all VARA pilots on the seniority list. If you join into VANZ or 777 SO, you will realistically flush any promotional opportunities down the toilet for good.
