First, thanks for taking the time Genghis.
To expand a bit on my desired outcome, I'm looking to one day be a pilot who also maintains the avionics of helicopters. I'm approximately, 6 months from becoming qualified as an Avionics Technician on the AS332 and I'm currently saving for my CPL H.
Once I achieve these two, my small amount of experience in the industry doesn't help me any further, as I'm unsure as to whether I approach operators as a pilot with an avionics technicians qual, or as a technician with a pilots ticket.
This was the point of this post, to hopefully get some feedback from those of you that have years (if not decades) of experience in the industry.
