I'm with FrankR on this one.. Hong Kong is likely better in comparison to Shanghai - but it is still dreadful from a pollution point of view. Anybody with lung issues, should seriously consider avoiding the China region, in my opinion. Even on a good day - Hong Kong is still bad!
