Busiest time of day starts around 1900Z and lasts till about 2300Z with holding from 15 minutes up to one hour. My record is 1:05 Hours at DESDI followed by the full DESDI8C arrival with about 80 track miles. This one was arriving at DESDI around 2100Z, which seems to be worst time.
Another busy time starts around 0100Z with holding between 15 to 30 minutes.
Any other time expect anywhere between 10-20 minutes.
