I think the reqiured training is 3 landings and one EFATO in level D sim. Would need to check Part FCL.
Don't know what Part FCL says but my old EASA operators' part D says it's an OPC item and requires an EFATO, SE ILS, SE GA, SE landing. Outside of training or management captains it was unusual to find a RHS qualified captain on the line, what wasn't unusual was to have captains operating as heavy crew.
