I assume you mean FO as SFO is only given after time served with the company, but if you have time on type your pay grade may be higher..trying to commute 3/4 times a month means you will be spending all your off days travelling, aim for 2 times a month and you won't be disappointed. Upgrade! in nearly 7 years I have never seen a yabanci FO get upgraded on the triple..but that doesn't mean it can't happen, just as likely to see Elvis in a chip shop.
