Be careful with signing or completion bonus, I have several friends who didīt receive anything, even being TRE in the company... Just a way to attract people. One friend is living there with his family, other is commuting, both long haul. Donīt know who is happier
Company treats you well, strict training but once released ok. But very asian culture
