I am sure many like myself have heard the rumours during previous months of MK leaving EK but for one reason or another, he was staying for the time being. Whether any of those rumours were true is another debate altogether.
What is more important is that this sends a clear message that the pressure from the top to compromise on the quality of the candidate has not relented. The scales are being forcibly tipped to favour quantity over quality. Kudos to MK for standing up for what he feels is appropriate.
