If you right click on the offending programs, there should be an option to "Run as Administrator". Click on that and the program will either start running, or you will get a warning message about running programs as an administrator, that you can ignore if you are sure the program is okay and not full of malware. The program should then run normally.
For a more permanent solution you will need to delve into your computer settings and set up the programs to run all the time without bringing up the warning messages.
