Although the timings seem to vary wildly for different people, it's still helpful to see examples of timelines. At least in the initial stages, your application seemed to progress quite quickly compared to others. Congrats on making it through!
TL85 - I have a Diploma in financial services and a 10 year work history, most recently in middle management (not related to aviation at all), I'm 29. I doubt it has anything to do with that though, as people from all backgrounds get in, as well as young people just out of high school. If you've satisfied the minimum criteria for citizenship and education, I would imagine you'd automatically get an invite for testing? It seems odd that your application is still in limbo. Maybe follow them up by email?
