I assume you held one at some point? Have a look at the back of your licence and see if it is there.
If not then I'm sure you can still renew it. You would need to go to an ATO, do refresher training as required and then skill test.
The above can only be avoided if you currently hold the SEP on an ICAO licence. In which case you can just do the skill tests.
