Just checked my notes for 1 AEF ... It would appear WK577 was a 'Founder' aircraft joining 1 AEF at RAF Biggin Hill in 1958 when the AEF scheme started. She went on to serve with 1 AEF until 1968 based later at RAF White Waltham (59), RAF West Malling (60), back to RAF White Waltham (61) and finally RAF Manston (63)
