Don't think many were expecting this, whoever was involved in persuading DY to launch Cork deserve massive credit as I expect it wasn't easy at all.
It also gives Cork a much wider platform for growth towards Europe and not forcing the daa to meet Ryanair demands for x,y or z in terms of fees to increase capacity to Europe.
Some interesting times ahead in this regard, some how I suspect Cork fee's may not become an issue anymore if DY were to start eating in FR routes to the Med and/or elsewhere in Europe.
There could be another carrier/route also in 2016!
