Ah, but he did say that he was flying an Arrow, I'm betting it's IFR equipped. If he had said that he was flying one of those motorised snot rags then fair do's.
Thing, you should have bet money on it! The arrow is fully IFR equipped - even by EASA standards. Sorry Jan!
I am not sure I particularly want to "impress" family, but I know that we all do like good food. I've also heard that it wasn't pleasant trying to fly with a stomach bug...
