Right now I think you have to go through the agency. You are hired by the agency and not working directly under EVA but for EVA. But it isn't a big difference. You still get all the benefits and seniority too.
After your contract you can work with them directly. With per diem i don't know maybe add another 1000!! I will let you know once i start flying the line!
