Aegean to Athens is now bookable on Tue and Sat but with a much shorter season, 21 Jun - 27 Sep. This is better than nothing as I heard they were on the verge of dropping the route
I'm guessing that the Greek market may find it tough next season with all the adverse publicity surrounding "migrants", even though only a tiny fraction of the islands are affected. People's knowledge of geography is sometimes not all it ought to be, and many will tar all of Greece with the same brush.
