GUy I know in Ryanair working part time, believe it's theoretically possible to get it from the start, certainly not seniority but I haven't heard of many doing it. Fixed 5 on 13 off roster, tends to do more or less the same amount of hours as his full time colleagues ie. works longer days when he's in.
