Questions about going part time with an airline
I'm just trying to get an idea of how part time working for flight deck crew work.
How does going part time with your airline work?
Is it something than can be offered after a number of years service or based on seniority? Or can you offer to work part time from the beginning of your career with them?
How do they roster you if you are working part time?
I.e Do you agree your availability across specific days or agree a specific amount of reduced flight hours per month or week?
