This despicable practice just smacks in the face of everything that's undermining this industry. The only people with the power to stop it is US, so don't pay the scabs that are CTC anything then maybe the practice will stop, but alas for every one who's prepared not to pay it, there's probably a zombified never ending line of unwitting "pilots" willing to cough up.
