Is there an 'Andrei Tupolev' anniversary of some kind around now?
They can keep so few of the things running, most of the ones that remain are named: Aleksandr Golovanov, Aleksandr Novikov; Mikhail Gromov crashed a while back. I can't remember any more. At one time, they wanted a fleet of 30. They have 15 or so now and maybe 5 or 6 can actually get WOG.
Edit:
Fount of All Human Knowledge says 11 are "combat-ready". I don't know if that includes the 4 trainers. So either 11 or 16 can fly.
