If I understood the "Notification of a proposal to issue an AD", from EASA dated 27/8 2015, correctly then the effective date of this AD has not yet been published. The document indicate that effective date will be "[
TBD: 7 days after Final AD issue date]".
In other words, as I read it this AD is not yet in effect but the QRH has already been updated to include it.
What's your take on this?
