dual hydraulics add a fair bit of weight so your empty weight will be less versus single hydraulics
As VF has stated the dual HYD on the B3 and 130 are minimal. Ive a good few hours on the 350 series but ive only flown the 130 with dual pumps in a previous life.

The extra pump which is gear driven off the MRG, resovoir (with fluid ) and hyd lines would equate to the 12 odd kg. In the scheme of things its 5 mins of fuel.
