Reheat On,

I have my coffee now, so I'll have another bash at explaining:

You will also be equally aware that de facto zero energy inverted at <3000' is a poor place to start a recovery from the inverted. Kind of limits the options, would you not agree?
Having never flown the Hunter I have no idea what would be a typical target speed over the top, or indeed the gate height to effect a recovery at, say, 500 feet. What I disagree with is your assertion that one has "limited options" if one finds themselves with either less energy or height than one would have hoped for when reaching the top. The recovery is pretty straight forward really - use all the thrust available, pull gently to a 30 degree inverted down-line and then roll erect. Do you not agree?

I sense your experience of low level aero's might be a little rusty?
I agree. My last display was almost 20 years ago.

Talk me through the recovery from 100Kt [assume therefore ZeroG] inverted at ~ 2600' agl in an a/c with a 130Kt stall in an a/c with an est 75% fuel load including underwings on a hot [28 degC] day
I already did that above.

May I leave school early today Sir?
