NDB, one procedure was to 'bounce' on the mains hoping to shock the geometric lock if it was not locked or get the wheels to unlatch the doors.
Why yaw? I don't know exactly what was wrong, but that nose leg is long and a yaw motion will generate a fair moment on the leg and locks.
What did surprise me, from the video, was that there was no visual inspection once clear the active. I would have been out and installed the nose wheel lock as soon as possible.
